Full Journal pdf2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3964 HB 426 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3876) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 426(FIN)(title am) "An Act relating to cooperation of insurers with the Department of Health and Social Services; relating to subrogation, assignment, 2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3965 and lien rights and notices for medical assistance claims; relating to recovery of medical assistance overpayments; relating to asset transfers and income diversion by medical assistance applicants; relating to assets and Medicare enrollment as they affect medical assistance coverage; relating to home and community-based services; relating to medical assistance applications for persons under 21 years of age; requiring a report by the Department of Health and Social Services; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 426(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 426(FIN)(title am), thus adopting SCS CSHB 426(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 426(FIN)(title am)?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 426(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
